Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social platforms.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Nurture prospective clients, schedule meetings, and pass qualified leads to senior sales or executive teams.
- Market Research & Analysis: Track industry trends, monitor competitors, and analyze data to discover new avenues for business expansion.
- Project & Operations Support: Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Reporting & Documentation: Update CRM software, prepare sales forecasts, and track performance metrics to present to upper management. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Key Skills Required
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to pitch services and draft compelling proposals.
- Organization: Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and track multiple leads simultaneously.
- Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in reviewing data to measure the success of business strategies and campaigns.
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot), Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and presentation
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
