Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product/service information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments for escalations and service support.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
