Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partner Acquisition
- Assist the Australia-based Business Development Manager in developing and expanding B2B business opportunities across India and other South Asian/Subcontinent markets.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new agents, channel partners, and business associates to promote Budget Policy's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners to ensure long-term business growth.
- Generate new business opportunities through B2B, B2C, referral networks, and internal business channels.
Agent & Partner Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for agents and business partners in the region.
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with agents to review performance, discuss challenges, and provide operational support.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of processes for newly appointed agents.
- Assist partners in resolving operational, technical, and customer-related issues promptly and effectively.
Sales Growth & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend business expansion initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Participate actively in sales activities and support team members in closing business opportunities.
Team Leadership & Sales Support
- Support, motivate, and guide the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Monitor sales activities and provide coaching, training, and encouragement to improve results.
- Lead by example through active participation in sales generation and business development efforts.
Technology & Platform Support
- Possess strong IT and digital business knowledge to understand Budget Policy's online business model and technology platform.
- Assist agents and B2B partners in understanding and effectively utilizing the company's online systems and digital processes.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues impacting partners.
Marketing & Business Promotion
- Plan, organize, and coordinate webinars, online marketing campaigns, partner training sessions, and industry events.
- Represent Budget Policy at trade exhibitions, expos, conferences, and networking events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create lead-generation and brand-awareness initiatives.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of partner activities, sales pipelines, and business development initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on business performance, partner engagement, and growth opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2B and B2C business development experience.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of digital platforms, online business models, and technology-driven sales processes.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and resolution-focused mindset.
- Ability to organize webinars, events, expos, and marketing campaigns.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support sales teams.
- Willingness to work closely with international teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
