Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Record customer interactions and update details in CRM or support systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
- Achieve performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
