Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
o Oversee designing structural models by using computer-aided design software.
o Planning & Execution of the different activities of the project within the bound time limits.
o Execution of project according to the drawings, specification and also to assure the quality of the work.
o Monitoring and controlling of all the project activities according to the Plan.
o Regular tracking of Inventory.
o Resource forecasting such as material, machinery, manpower, Financial etc.
o Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
o Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
o Conducting a project evaluation review to assess the project management.
o Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
o Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met
o Compile and plan budgets, cost estimates, and other financial estimates.
o Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports and present to management.
o Timely coordination with sales team.
o Generate and present regular project's performance reports to management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
