Visa Counselor / Immigration Executive (1 Year Experience minimum)
What You'll Do:
- Guide clients through study visa and tourist visa processes for countries like Canada, Australia, USA, New Zealand, UK, and other popular destinations
- Assist clients with eligibility assessment, documentation, application filing, and visa interview preparation
- Provide accurate information regarding admission, visa requirements, and immigration procedures
- Stay updated with changing visa regulations and embassy requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with leads and support the admissions and visa team in achieving conversion targets
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in study visa and/or tourist visa counseling
- Hands-on knowledge of visa processes for Canada, Australia, USA, New Zealand, UK, and other major destinations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle client queries professionally and confidently
- Basic understanding of documentation, SOPs, financial requirements, and visa application procedures
- Freshers can also apply. Prior experience, internship, or training in study visa and tourist visa counseling will be an added advantage.
