Job Summary :
We are hiring experienced Telemarketing Assistants to connect with registered customers, explain services, promote paid membership plans, and drive sales through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contact registered customers and explain company services and membership plans.
- Promote and sell 3-month and 6-month paid packages.
- Educate customers about the benefits of the mobile application.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Achieve sales and conversion targets.
Eligibility :
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- 1–5 years of experience in Telesales, Renewals, Retention, or Telemarketing.
- Fluent in Tamil with basic English communication.
- Strong sales, convincing, and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer and mobile application knowledge.
- Willing to work from the office.
Salary & Benefits :
- In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
