We are looking for a Process Trainer to join our team Senken Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. The role involves training employees, explaining work processes, and helping team members improve their skills and performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and a chance to support professional growth in others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Explain company processes and work instructions in a simple way.
- Prepare and update training materials and presentations.
- Track trainee progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain training attendance, records, and reports.
- Conduct assessments and tests after training sessions.
- Help employees understand their job roles and responsibilities.
- Work with team leaders to identify training needs.
- Ensure employees follow company processes and standards.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation in any stream with 0–2 years of experience. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. Strong communication skills, basic MS Excel knowledge, confidence in speaking, and the ability to explain concepts clearly are essential.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
