Job Summary
Popular Hyundai is looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and proactive Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Service to enhance the after-sales customer experience. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, service follow-ups, feedback collection, appointment scheduling, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments and confirm bookings with customers.
- Welcome customers and assist them during the service process.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect and record customer feedback and address concerns promptly.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the Service team for timely resolution.
- Promote periodic maintenance, service campaigns, and value-added services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the DMS/CRM system.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop teams to provide seamless customer support.
- Monitor customer satisfaction (CSI) scores and work towards improving service quality.
- Support customer retention initiatives and dealership promotional activities.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on customer feedback, follow-ups, and service appointments.
Eligibility
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, hospitality, or the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
