RALINGTON EXPORTS is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented *Purchase Executive – Interior Products* to manage the procurement of interior and architectural materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor sourcing, price negotiation, purchase planning, and timely procurement of quality interior products.
### *Key Responsibilities*
* Source and develop vendors for interior and furnishing products.
* Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
* Procure interior materials such as:
* Laminates & Veneers
* Plywood, MDF & Particle Board
* Decorative Panels
* Modular Kitchen Accessories
* Wardrobe Fittings & Hardware
* Furniture Hardware
* Glass & Mirrors
* Wallpapers
* PVC Panels & WPC Products
* Wooden Flooring, Vinyl Flooring & SPC Flooring
* Ceiling Materials
* Door Hardware & Architectural Hardware
* Decorative Lighting
* Bathroom Accessories & Sanitary Fittings
* Curtains, Blinds & Upholstery Materials
* Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely execution.
* Coordinate with suppliers regarding production, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
* Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
* Maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
* Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and project teams for smooth material availability.
* Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and project specifications.
* Maintain procurement records, vendor database, and documentation.
* Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, and Sorting).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
