Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive who enjoys meeting customers, generating new business, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and new clients regularly to generate business.
- Identify new customers and convert leads into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packaging products.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices.
- Follow up with customers until the order is finalized.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
- Collect market information and keep track of competitors.
- Follow up for outstanding payments when required.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
Requirements
- Graduated in any discipline.
- 2–10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Good communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for sales may also apply.
- Willing to travel for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
