- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems for rotary printing, stenter, Jigger, Boiler, Digital & ETP & RO machine,
- Handle motors, drives (AC/DC, VFDs), PLCs, HMIs, sensors, encoders, and control panels.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure proper functioning of power distribution systems, MCCs, panels, and machine wiring.
- Work with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Delta,ABB,Danfoss) and related automation systems.
- Support integration of new machines, retrofits, and upgrades.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical and automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Supervise electrical installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines.
- Coordinate with machine suppliers, OEMs, and contractors during installation and trials.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company SOPs.
- Participate in audits and safety inspections.
- Work closely with production, mechanical maintenance, and quality teams.
- Train technicians and operators on basic electrical troubleshooting and safe operation.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
