Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Techno-Functional Consultant – Adobe Experience Cloud with 8–10 years of expertise in digital platforms, marketing technology, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business consulting, solution architecture, and hands-on implementation experience across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
This role is responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives focused on customer experience, content supply chain, marketing automation, and AI-powered content operations. The candidate will work closely with business, marketing, product, and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys and enterprise marketing solutions leveraging Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, AEM Assets, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe GenStudio.
Key Responsibilities
- . Solution Design & Architecture
- Translate business requirements into scalable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Design integrated architectures across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, AEM Assets (DAM), Adobe Workfront, and Adobe GenStudio.
- Define data models, customer journey orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integration strategies.
- Build scalable content supply chain solutions aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Recommend best practices for Adobe Experience Cloud implementation and optimization.
2. Customer Journey Orchestration & Personalization
- Design and implement real-time customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Configure audience segmentation, decisioning rules, event triggers, and personalization strategies.
- Enable omnichannel customer engagement across Email, SMS, Mobile Push, Web, and In-App channels.
- Optimize customer journeys through experimentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
- Improve customer engagement, retention, and conversion through data-driven personalization.
3. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Real-Time CDP
- Design unified customer profiles by integrating enterprise data sources.
- Implement identity resolution and customer profile management.
- Build audience segmentation and real-time activation strategies.
- Enable advanced personalization use cases including behavioral targeting, campaign activation, and predictive marketing.
- Ensure data governance, compliance, privacy, and high-quality customer data management.
4. AEM Assets & Content Supply Chain
- Manage digital asset lifecycle using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets).
- Design scalable Digital Asset Management (DAM) strategies.
- Define content governance, taxonomy, metadata, and asset reuse frameworks.
- Enable asset performance tracking and campaign effectiveness measurement.
- Collaborate with content creators, UX teams, and marketers to streamline content workflows.
5. Adobe Workfront (Marketing Operations)
- Lead implementation and optimization of Adobe Workfront for enterprise marketing operations.
- Design campaign planning, project management, approval workflows, and resource management.
- Automate marketing processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate Workfront with Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party platforms.
6. Adobe GenStudio & AI-Powered Content Innovation
- Drive adoption of Adobe GenStudio for AI-enabled content creation.
- Identify opportunities for:
- Performance Marketing
- Automated Content Generation
- Personalized Content at Scale
- AI-Assisted Campaign Optimization
- Partner with marketing teams to improve content velocity and campaign effectiveness using Generative AI.
7. Enterprise Integration & Architecture
- Design integrations between Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise platforms such as:
- Salesforce
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- SAP
- eCommerce platforms
- Work closely with engineering teams on APIs, middleware, microservices, and cloud deployments.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, governance, and compliance.
- Support cloud-based implementations on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
8. Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Serve as the primary liaison between business, marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, and design reviews.
- Provide strategic guidance on Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and technology roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in Digital Platforms, Marketing Technology, Customer Experience, or Enterprise Applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP)
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets/DAM)
- Adobe Workfront
- Adobe GenStudio
- Experience designing customer journey orchestration and marketing automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity management, and audience activation.
- Experience with digital asset management, content operations, and marketing workflows.
- Knowledge of APIs, REST services, middleware integration, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience integrating Adobe platforms with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Experience Cloud certifications.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Campaign.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing and Generative AI solutions.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
- Understanding of customer experience strategy, marketing operations, and digital transformation programs.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architecture.
