Job Summary
We are hiring a Python Full Stack Trainer to deliver our Python Full Stack Development program. You will teach students to build complete web applications — from front-end interfaces to Python back-ends, databases, Docker-based deployment, and AI features built with LLMs and RAG. Whether you are a bright fresher with strong project work or a professional with up to 2 years of experience, if you love teaching and can make coding concepts simple and practical, we want to hear from you — structured trainer onboarding will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions in Python programming, OOP, and core problem-solving
- Teach front-end fundamentals — HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and a modern framework such as React
- Train students in back-end development using Django and Flask, including REST API design and authentication
- Cover databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB basics), ORM concepts, and writing efficient queries
- Teach Git/GitHub and industry development workflows (Agile, code reviews, CI/CD basics)
- Train students in Docker — images, containers, Dockerfiles, Docker Compose — and containerised deployment to the cloud
- Teach LLM application development in Python — OpenAI/Claude APIs, prompt design, and function/tool calling
- Deliver hands-on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) modules — embeddings, vector databases (FAISS/Chroma/Pinecone), chunking, and retrieval pipelines with LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Guide students in building and deploying AI-powered projects such as chatbots and document-Q&A apps, and in using Gen AI coding tools
- Guide students through hands-on assignments, mini-projects, and end-to-end capstone projects
- Prepare and update course materials, lab exercises, assessments, and coding challenges in line with industry trends
- Mentor students on resume building, portfolio projects, and technical interview preparation
- Evaluate student progress, run doubt-clearing sessions, and support academy demos, workshops, and seminars
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in Python full stack development or technical training
- Strong command of Python and hands-on experience with Django and/or Flask
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one front-end framework (React preferred)
- Understanding of SQL databases, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and deployment
- Hands-on experience with Docker — Dockerfiles, Docker Compose, and running containerised apps
- Practical exposure to LLM APIs and RAG — embeddings, vector databases, and LangChain or LlamaIndex
- A portfolio of projects (GitHub, live apps, or capstone work) is highly preferred; AI/RAG projects are a strong plus
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; Malayalam is an advantage
- Genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students, and for staying current with Gen AI tools
