Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and convincing Telemarketing Executives to join our outbound calling team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, explain our services, and invite them along with their families for a professional sales presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads from the provided database.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to customers.
- Invite customers and their families to attend scheduled sales presentations at the scheduled event.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with interested leads to ensure confirm walk-in at the event for presentations.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for successful invitations and appointment setting.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Tamil (Required for customer interaction). Good command of English is an added advantage.
- Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, active listening, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay motivated.
