The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, machinery, buildings, and facilities. The role includes supervising maintenance staff, planning preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations.
Assign tasks and monitor the performance of maintenance technicians.
Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Inspect equipment, machinery, and facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs.
Ensure timely repair of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance issues.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.
Minimize equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Train and guide maintenance team members on maintenance procedures and safety practices.
Prepare maintenance schedules and work plans.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
