Job Summary
The Secretary/Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative, technical, and operational support to the Consultant Gynecologist. The role requires excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, AI tools, and digital platforms to ensure efficient day-to-day management of the consultant's professional activities, patient coordination, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support
2. Computer & Digital Management
- Prepare documents using Microsoft Word.
- Maintain Excel sheets for patient data, statistics, and reports.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for CMEs, conferences, lectures, and meetings.
- Manage cloud storage (Google Drive/OneDrive).
- Scan, organize, and archive digital documents.
- Handle printing, formatting, and document management.
3. Email & Communication Management
- Manage official email correspondence.
- Draft professional emails and responses.
- Organize email folders and maintain communication records.
- Schedule online meetings using Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
- Coordinate with hospital departments, laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and external organizations.
4. AI & Technology Utilization
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, etc.) to assist in:
- Drafting documents
- Preparing presentations
- Writing emails
- Research and literature searches
- Creating patient education materials
- Summarizing medical articles
- Improving workflow efficiency
- Stay updated with emerging digital and AI technologies applicable to healthcare administration.
5. Social Media & Digital Presence
- Assist in managing professional social media accounts.
- Create educational healthcare posts and awareness content.
- Coordinate posting schedules.
- Maintain professional branding across digital platforms.
- Assist in website content updates when required.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's Degree mandatory)
- Diploma/Certification in Office Administration or Computer Applications preferred.
- Certification in AI tools, Digital Marketing, or Hospital Administration will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be preferred.
- Experience supporting senior consultants or doctors is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS/EMR).
- Experience in appointment scheduling and patient coordination.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage office operations.

Working Hours: As per hospital policy (with flexibility during OT schedules and emergencies).
Salary: As per qualification, experience, and organizational policy.
Pay: From ₹137.62 per month
