Job Description – Dental Assistant (0.6 to 1 Year Experience)

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Dental Assistant to support our dental practitioners in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have basic clinical exposure, good hygiene practices, and strong patient-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and dental operatory.
- Manage patient records and maintain case files.
- Guide patients before and after treatment.
- Handle chair-side assistance, instrument passing, suctioning, and material preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and infection-control standards of the clinic.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow.
- Ensure availability of dental materials and assist in inventory management.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of dental procedures and instruments.
- Good communication and patient-care skills.
- Understanding of sterilization and infection-control protocols.

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Certification in Dental Assistant/Health Care Assistant (preferred).
- Freshers with dental clinic internship experience may also be considered.
