Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Employee Onboarding
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist in collecting and verifying employee documents.
- Prepare employee files and maintain personnel records.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and employee communications.
- Update HR databases, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Ensure proper filing and record management.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Assist in monitoring employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with employees regarding attendance discrepancies.
- Support payroll-related data preparation as required.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
- Support employee welfare initiatives and internal communication activities.
- Help conduct employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.
Compliance & Documentation
- Assist in maintaining statutory and compliance-related records.
- Support HR audits and documentation requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.
Pay: ₹100.00 - ₹200.00 per month
