Travel Choice is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Reservation Executive to join our growing travel operations team.

Position: Reservation Executive Candidate Profile:
- Experience in airline reservations and travel operations.
- Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo).
- Hands-on knowledge of ticket issuance, reissue, revalidation, refunds, and cancellations.
- Strong understanding of airline fare rules, PNR management, and ticketing procedures.
- Experience handling domestic and international travel bookings.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage flight reservations, ticketing, and customer travel requirements.
- Handle ticket modifications, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
- Ensure accurate booking processes and compliance with airline guidelines.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for efficient service delivery.
