Workshop Operations
Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and bay availability
Monitor TAT - Turn Around Time for each vehicle - Minor, Major, Warranty
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety gear on floor
Maintain 5S and housekeeping in workshop bays
Quality & Technical
Quality check after every job before vehicle goes to SA for delivery
Control rework and comebacks - root cause analysis with tech team
Guide technicians for technical issues, FI diagnosis, electrical problems
Ensure warranty jobs are done as per brand guidelines and photos/docs are proper
Manpower & Productivity
Take daily huddle with technicians and helpers
Track man-hour utilization, productivity, and bay occupancy
Train junior technicians on new models, brand SOPs, and tools
Manage leave, discipline, and attendance of floor staff
Coordination
Coordinate with Service Advisor for job status updates to customer
Coordinate with Spare Parts for material availability to avoid delay
Coordinate with Warranty Executive for claim approvals
Report daily floor performance to Service Manager
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month
