Non-Health Insurance Surveyor (Fire, Marine & General Insurance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispatch Immediate Loss Advice (ILA) and Letter of Requirement (LOR) for allocated claims.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized case files, including all relevant claim documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Regularly follow up with insured clients to collect pending documents and provide timely updates to the concerned teams.
- Utilize knowledge of Marine and Property Insurance policies while reviewing and assessing claims.
- Review and verify all submitted documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports for both active and closed claims.
- Coordinate with internal teams and departments through calls and emails to facilitate smooth claim handling and processing.
Experience Required:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience working as a Non-Health Insurance Surveyor in Fire, Marine, or General Insurance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
