About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Textile Design Specialist with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in textile designing, surface patterns, prints, graphics, and visual development, along with hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Blender.
The candidate should be capable of independently handling design projects from concept development through final artwork while maintaining high standards of creativity, quality, and production accuracy.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of innovative graphic, textile, print, surface, and pattern designs.
- Create original artwork for textile/fabric applications, digital campaigns, marketing materials, and product development.
- Develop seamless patterns, motifs, repeats, textures, colorways, and print collections.
- Create and present 2D/3D design concepts, visual presentations, mockups, and product visuals.
- Use Blender to create, modify, and render 3D designs, product visuals, mockups, and presentations.
- Translate creative concepts and design briefs into commercially viable textile and graphic designs.
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, production, and merchandising teams.
- Review designs for technical accuracy and ensure artwork is suitable for production.
- Guide design development and provide creative direction where required.
- Maintain brand consistency across textile, graphic, and digital assets.
- Handle design revisions based on client, team, and production feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Research current fashion, textile, graphic design, color, print, and visual trends.
- Contribute new creative ideas and design approaches to strengthen the overall product and brand direction.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Surface Design, Fashion Design, or a related creative field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Blender for 3D design, rendering, mockups, or product visualization.
- Strong hands-on experience in textile designing, surface patterns, prints, repeats, and motifs.
- Excellent understanding of color combinations, textures, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong understanding of textile print development and production requirements.
- Ability to independently interpret design briefs and develop concepts from initial idea to final artwork.
- Strong creative vision with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as lead or support junior designers when required.
- A strong professional portfolio is mandatory.
Night Shift Details
Shift: Night Shift
Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (IST Timings)
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Candidates must be comfortable working in EST/night-shift hours.
