Role Summary:
The Neurofeedback Clinical Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end clinical delivery and quality of neurofeedback (NFB) services across MindfulTMS branches. This role is responsible for patient assessment, protocol design, session supervision, clinician training, and outcome tracking in coordination with the research head.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Operations
- Conduct patient intake assessments for NFB candidacy, including history-taking, symptom mapping, and (where applicable) QEEG interpretation in collaboration with the supervising psychiatrist.
- Design and adjust individualized NFB protocols (frequency bands, training sites, session structure) based on patient presentation, evidence-based guidelines, and clinical progression.
- Conduct or directly supervise NFB sessions across branches; ensure protocol fidelity, equipment readiness, and patient safety.
- Maintain detailed session records, progress notes, and outcome metrics in clinic systems.
Training & Branch Oversight
- Train and supervise junior NFB clinicians, technicians, and clinical assistants across branches.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, training manuals, and clinical reference documents for NFB delivery.
- Conduct periodic quality audits at partner branches to ensure consistency in protocol execution and documentation.
Patient Communication
- Provide structured patient education on NFB mechanism, expected timelines, and outcomes.
- Manage patient expectations, retention, and adherence across multi-session protocols.Research & Data Support
- Maintain clean, structured NFB outcome data suitable for downstream research analysis.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Research Associate on NFB-related case series, abstracts, and publications.
- Contribute clinical insight to NFB service-design and protocol-refinement initiatives.
- Coordinate with referring psychiatrists, neurologists, and the rTMS clinical team for integrated care planning.
- Review clinical content for marketing and clinician-education initiatives.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
