About the Role
Special You is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across our online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have experience in product listings, order management, inventory coordination, and marketplace operations, with a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and content across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor daily orders, shipments, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure product availability across all online channels.
- Track marketplace performance, sales trends, and operational KPIs.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales.
- Resolve customer queries and marketplace-related issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and seller performance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of product catalog management, order processing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software is preferred.
