Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the daily activities of the telecalling team.
* Monitor call quality and ensure excellent customer interactions.
* Track team performance and achieve assigned targets.
* Train, mentor, and motivate telecallers to improve productivity.
* Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
* Coordinate with management to streamline lead allocation and follow-ups.
* Handle escalated customer queries professionally.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or team supervision.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Experience in CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred).
* Good analytical and reporting skills.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
