About the role
We are hiring BSc-qualified Staff Nurses to join our clinical teams across our clinic network. As a Staff Nurse at IDEA Clinics, you will work alongside our doctors in delivering high-quality outpatient and preventive care — conducting assessments, supporting procedures, managing patient education, and ensuring every visit is safe, efficient, and compassionate. We welcome both experienced nurses and fresh BSc graduates eager to build their career in a structured outpatient setting.
IDEA Clinics operates in the outpatient and preventive care space — giving nurses exposure to chronic disease management, metabolic health, and structured care protocols rather than acute/emergency settings. Ideal for nurses who want depth of patient relationship and clinical growth in a stable environment.
What you'll do
· Conduct patient assessments — vitals, anthropometry, blood glucose monitoring, and symptom history
· Assist doctors during OPD consultations, minor procedures, and clinical reviews
· Administer medications, injections, infusions, and dressings as prescribed
· Perform and assist with ECG, spirometry, BMD, and other diagnostic procedures
· Deliver structured patient education on diabetes management, diet compliance, medication adherence, and lifestyle modification
· Support CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) application, calibration, and patient training
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR system for every patient encounter
· Ensure clinic readiness — sterilisation, stock replenishment, equipment checks, and infection control compliance
· Coordinate with lab, pharmacy, and front desk teams to ensure smooth patient flow
· Participate in health camps, corporate wellness events, and community outreach programmes

· 1–5 years clinical experience, preferably in OPD, diabetology, or internal medicine
· Prior EMR usage preferred
· Confident in independent patient assessment
What we offer
· Structured clinical induction and ongoing training in chronic disease and preventive care protocols
· Exposure to advanced tools — CGM, body composition analysers, spirometry, and digital health platforms
