Position:Business Development Manager- Sales
Location:Nagercoil
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve organizational growth targets.Lead and manage Business Development Executives, Sales Executives, and Client Acquisition teams.Identify new business opportunities through institutional collaborations, partnerships, and client networking.Build relationships with researchers, PhD scholars, academic institutions, and industry clients.Drive revenue generation through effective sales planning and client acquisition activities.Monitor team performance, lead conversion rates, and business development metrics.Coordinate with CRM, Technical, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution.Conduct client meetings, business presentations, and strategic discussions.Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business objectives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
