We are looking for a “BIM (Building Information Modelling) passionate” person who will be accountable for the design of our pre-engineered swimming pools, in complex architectural contexts, such as competition swimming pools, leisure and hospitality pools etc.
The person will analyse the client's architectural and contractual specifications in order to realize the project in 3D using (Autodesk Revit) for the swimming pool tank according to the Myrtha technology standards (modular prefabricated elements made of stainless steel). Further, the role will also be involved in specifying the concrete work requirements necessary to accommodate the pool tank, as well as the information to address the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) designers and the installation engineers.
Important requirements for success in this role are:
- Minimum 1-5 years of Autodesk Revit experience with exposure to working with global teams
- Proven experience as BIM Specialist (experience in Revit Architecture discipline)
- Passion for 3D modelling (high competence of Autodesk Revit)
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven team working and collaborative skills
- Platform (cloud) data management skills is an advantage
- Knowledge of Office 365 Professional tools is an advantage
