- Assess, monitor, and record patients' medical conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the medical team.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of medical equipment and nursing stations.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life-support measures when required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
