Store Incharge – Roles & Responsibilities1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records (incoming & outgoing).
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits.
- Prevent stock loss, damage, or theft.
2. Goods Receiving & Dispatch
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
- Ensure proper storage of goods.
- Manage dispatch of materials as per requirements.
- Maintain documentation for all transactions.
3. Store Organization
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
- Arrange materials for easy identification and access.
- Follow proper labeling and coding systems.
4. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain stock registers and inventory software.
- Prepare reports on stock usage, shortages, and damages.
- Keep records of suppliers and purchase details.
5. Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams.
- Communicate stock requirements to management.
- Work with vendors for timely delivery.
6. Safety & Compliance
- Follow safety standards and procedures.
- Ensure proper handling of materials.
- Comply with company policies and regulations.
7. Team Supervision
- Supervise store assistants and helpers.
- Assign duties and monitor performance.
- Train staff on store procedures.
