Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Executive with mandatory experience in the Textile/Garment Industry. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting fabrics and garments, identifying quality issues, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with production teams to ensure defect-free products.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect fabrics, garments and finished products for quality.
- Identify defects such as stitching, measurement, fabric, colour and finishing issues.
- Conduct quality checks at different stages of production.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with production and other teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain QC reports, inspection records and defect reports.
- Monitor recurring defects and support corrective actions.
- Ensure proper packing and finishing quality before dispatch.
- Follow company quality procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Previous experience in Textile/Garment Industry.
- Experience in QC/Quality Control in textile or garment companies.
- Good knowledge of garment/fabric quality inspection.
- Knowledge of common garment defects and quality standards.
- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Basic documentation and reporting skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable working at B.B.D. Bagh, Kolkata.
- Must be comfortable with 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM working hours.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
