Job Responsibilities
Guide customers through the KYC verification process.
Verify customer identity using valid KYC documents.
Ensure all submitted information is accurate and complete.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Resolve basic customer queries related to KYC.
Follow company policies and compliance standards.
Eligibility
Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Graduates are also welcome).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic smartphone or computer knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Stable internet connection.
A valid original PAN Card is mandatory. Photocopies, edited documents, or someone else's PAN Card will not be accepted.
How KYC Verification Works
After joining, candidates receive training on the official KYC process. The role involves reviewing customer information and supporting customers in completing verification according to company procedures. All verification must follow company rules and applicable regulations.
