Job Summary
The CRM Stock Manager is responsible for managing spare parts inventory, stock movement, CRM inventory records, and material availability for service engineers across regional warehouses. The role ensures accurate stock tracking, timely dispatch, inventory reconciliation, and seamless coordination between service, stores, logistics, and finance teams to support customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage spare parts inventory in the CRM/ERP system.
- Monitor stock availability across all regional warehouses.
- Process material requests from service engineers and regional offices.
- Coordinate dispatch and receipt of spare parts.
- Maintain accurate stock records, serial numbers, and warranty tracking.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Generate inventory reports, ageing reports, and consumption reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase for timely procurement of critical spare parts.
- Ensure minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained.
- Monitor material returns from field service engineers.
- Track defective materials received from customers and service centers.
- Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward stock movement.
- Coordinate with Finance for stock valuation and inventory audits.
- Support annual physical stock verification.
- Ensure CRM data is updated accurately and in real time.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
Required Skills
- CRM/ERP software knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent)

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Certification in Inventory Management or SAP (preferred).
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, CRM, or service stock management.
- Experience in the solar, electrical, electronics, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
