Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Returns & QC Executive to manage product returns, perform quality inspections, and maintain accurate inventory records at our Alipur Warehouse. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying product defects, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with multiple teams to support efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect returned products for damage, defects, missing parts, and packaging issues.
* Classify returned items into:
* Resale
* Repair
* Replacement
* Scrap
* Maintain accurate records of returned products and update inventory systems.
* Coordinate with Quality Control, Dispatch, and Customer Support teams for return resolutions.
* Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage of returned inventory.
* Follow warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
* Monitor product quality and report recurring defects or issues.
* Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory audits when required.
* Handle and move packages safely as part of daily operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Skills Required
* Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
* Experience in returns processing, quality control, inventory management, or warehouse operations is preferred.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory systems, data entry).
* Required Skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to identify product defects and packaging issues.
* Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
* Time management and ability to process returns efficiently.
* Ability to lift and handle packages when required.
* Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
