Key Responsibilities:
1. CSR Fundraising & Corporate Outreach
- Identify and approach corporates, PSUs, and foundations for CSR funding opportunities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective donors
- Develop engagement strategies for corporate partnerships and long-term associations
- Track CSR budgets of companies and align proposals accordingly
2. Proposal & DPR Development
- Prepare high-quality CSR proposals, concept notes, and Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)
- Customize proposals based on corporate CSR themes, ESG priorities, and SDG alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather project data, budgets, and impact metrics
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with CSR heads, corporate leaders, and foundation teams
- Manage end-to-end donor lifecycle: outreach → pitch → closure → reporting
- Ensure regular engagement and retention of existing donors
4. Compliance & Reporting Support
- Ensure proper documentation for CSR funding (MoUs, utilization certificates, reports etc)
- Support donor reporting, impact reports, and audit requirements
- Align activities with CSR compliance under Companies Act, 2013
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track CSR trends, ESG priorities, and funding patterns across industries
- Identify high-potential sectors (PSUs, healthcare-focused corporates, education-driven companies)
- Support leadership in developing CSR fundraising strategy
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in CSR fundraising / institutional sales / donor engagement
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills
- Ability to pitch and influence senior corporate stakeholders
- Understanding of CSR laws, ESG frameworks, and SDG alignment
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and closure ability
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred: MBA (Marketing / CSR / Rural Management) / MSW / Development Studies
Experience:
- 3 years in CSR fundraising / NGO partnerships / institutional sales
- Experience in healthcare, education, or skill development sector preferred
