Job Summary
Coffee Culture is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talented individuals for our café outlets and corporate office. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in building a strong workforce that aligns with the company's culture and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for café and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with outlet managers regarding manpower requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Support other HR activities as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
- Experience hiring for restaurant, café, retail, or hospitality operations.
- Familiarity with bulk hiring and frontline staff recruitment.
