Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Onboarding Strategies: Create and implement onboarding plans tailored to
the needs of new restaurant and bar clients to ensure smooth and successful product introductions.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key
decision-makers in the hospitality industry, including restaurant owners, bar managers, and
purchasing agents.
Drive Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, presenting
product offerings, and closing deals with new on-trade accounts.
Monitor and Report on Account Performance: Track sales performance, customer
satisfaction, and product usage. Prepare regular reports on account status, sales achievements,
and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, distribution, and customer
service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and address any issues that arise.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct market research to understand industry
trends and customer needs. Use insights to develop strategies that enhance product placement
and visibility.
Event and Promotion Management: Organize and participate in promotional events, tastings,
and trade shows to showcase products and engage with potential clients.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in sales within the on-trade sector, including working with
restaurants, bars, or similar establishments.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain
professional relationships.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the on-trade market, including trends, challenges, and
customer preferences.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
preferred.
