Job Description – Data Science & AI Faculty Position: Data Science & Artificial Intelligence Faculty Location: Kochi (Kaloor) – On-site Organization: STC Technologies (A Division of Ubic Soft IT Solutions) Experience: 2–8 years (Teaching or Industry Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time ⸻ About the Role We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Data Science & AI Faculty to train and mentor students in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Python, and related technologies. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to shaping successful careers. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Training & Teaching • Conduct classroom and lab sessions for Data Science, ML, AI, Deep Learning, Python, and Data Analytics. • Teach concepts using real-time use cases and hands-on projects. • Guide students through assignments, internships, and capstone projects. • Prepare customized learning materials, notes, and assessments. Curriculum & Quality Enhancement • Assist in designing and updating course curriculum in line with the latest industry trends. • Develop projects and case studies relevant to AI, ML, DL, Data Analytics, and Python. • Maintain academic quality and ensure productive learning outcomes. Student Mentoring • Mentor students individually and in groups. • Support them in placements by conducting mock interviews and technical discussions. • Provide career guidance related to data science & AI job roles.
