Qualification: Hotel Management diploma or Graduate
Experience: Total experience 5-8 years in Hotel industry
2-3 years experience in banquet /event operations Management.
Restaurant operations Management
Knowledge of event planning and coordination.
Budgeting and cost control
Knowledge of guest query handling
Knowledge about guest complaint handling.
Physically fit handling outsourcing manpower.
Communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving and decision making.
Inventory handling
