Key responsibilities:
- Patient Monitoring & Assessment: Closely monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and overall condition, detecting subtle changes in status.
- Clinical Interventions: Administer IV fluids, medications, and treatments as prescribed.
- Equipment Management: Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment, including cardiac monitors, ventilators, and infusion pumps.
- Emergency Care: Respond to medical emergencies, such as cardiac arrests, and initiate life-saving measures.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including nursing notes and treatment plans.
