Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead a team of Education Counsellors and drive admissions for our EdTech programs. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and team management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve admission targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions to improve conversion rates.
- Handle escalated student queries and provide guidance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize enrollments.
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure process compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the student experience.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in EdTech sales, with at least 1 year in a team handling role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
- Ability to manage targets and perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
Preferred:
- Experience in UG/PG course admissions and education counseling.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
