About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee the overall operations, sales, administration, and growth of the company. The candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, managing teams, implementing systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while reporting directly to the management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall business operations, sales, procurement, inventory, and administration.
- Lead and supervise department heads and staff to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and key business metrics.
- Establish and enforce company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage vendor relationships, key customer accounts, and business partnerships.
- Ensure effective inventory control, cost management, and resource utilization.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate employees while building a high-performance culture.
- Prepare business reports, budgets, forecasts, and management presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities, expansion plans, and market development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5-10 years of managerial experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, B2B sales, distribution, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP & CRM systems, and business reporting tools.
- Ability to independently manage business operations with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
