Job Summary
MAICAT Healthcare is looking for a results-driven MBA Sales & Marketing professional to drive business growth, achieve quarterly revenue targets, and lead sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a growth mindset, and experience in building scalable sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate and convert high-quality patient leads.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Build partnerships and referral networks.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and optimize marketing ROI.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance.
Qualifications
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 3–7 years of experience in sales and marketing (healthcare preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with CRM, digital marketing, and data analysis.

Location: On-site – MAICAT Healthcare
Compensation: Competitive salary + Performance-based quarterly incentives.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
