We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, marketing automation, content writing, and brand promotion activities to drive leads and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and promotional activities.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams for marketing initiatives.
- Manage social media presence and support branding activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and Google Ads.
- Experience with content writing and content marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Email marketing and automation platforms.
- Social media marketing.
- Canva or basic graphic design skills.
- Lead generation and conversion optimization.
