About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for our organization. The ideal candidate brings prior recruitment experience from the pharmaceutical/ healthcare/ wellness industry, with a strong understanding of the talent landscape, regulatory sensitivities, and skill sets unique to these sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structure, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks, and pharma/wellness-specific talent pools.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and career motivation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for scientific, clinical, sales, and operations roles within the pharma/healthcare/wellness space.
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and drive timely decision-making with hiring panels.
- Manage job postings across relevant platforms and industry-specific forums/communities.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-acceptance ratio) and report regularly to leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movement within the pharma/healthcare/wellness ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience, with prior exposure to the pharmaceutical, healthcare or wellness industry (in-house or agency recruitment).
- Proven ability to hire for niche/specialized roles (e.g., R&D, clinical affairs, regulatory, scientific advisory, wellness practitioners, nutraceutical sales).
- Strong understanding of industry-specific terminology, certifications, and career trajectories within pharma/healthcare/wellness.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth companies in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare/wellness space.
- Familiarity with clinical research, nutraceuticals, biotech, or preventive health domains.
- Existing network of passive candidates within the pharma/healthcare/wellness industry.
- Certification in HR/Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
