Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Delight Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate has strong experience in customer management and support, excels in communication, and takes full ownership of resolving customer issues efficiently and empathetically. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, queries, and escalations
Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Manage and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring complete ownership and accountability
Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, sales) to improve service delivery and customer experience
Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty Track key customer success metrics and prepare regular reports
Design and implement customer engagement and delight initiatives
Required Skills:
6 months–1 year experience in customer support or a customer-facing role
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally
Willingness to take ownership and follow up on issues
Customer-focused mindset with good interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
