We are seeking a WordPress Developer who has hands-on experience in building and customizing WordPress websites along with a basic understanding of PHP, Java, and general coding principles. The ideal candidate should be creative, technically skilled, and capable of delivering responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.
- Implement website functionality using PHP and basic JavaScript.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins as required.
- Conduct website performance optimization, SEO best practices, and security enhancements.
- Debug and resolve issues related to website functionality and UI/UX.
- Work closely with designers, content teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality websites on time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer and shopify.
- Good understanding of WordPress architecture, theme and plugin development/customization.
- Basic knowledge of PHP and Java (preferred for backend tasks or API integration).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Ability to handle website backups, migration, and hosting environments.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization tools.
- Basic understanding of Git/version control systems.
