Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and organize important records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
