AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and statutory requirements across all business entities.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits, statutory audits, tax audits, and financial compliance reviews.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
- Review general ledger entries, journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation, authorization, and accounting treatment of all financial transactions.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables to maintain healthy financial operations and working capital management.
- Prepare profitability analysis, cost reports, and financial insights for management decision-making.
- Support cost allocation processes and perform Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis for business performance monitoring.
- Monitor and control manufacturing costs including direct costs, indirect costs, overheads, and operational expenses.
- Analyze financial data and recommend cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements.
- Oversee cash flow management activities and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and business requirements.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and working capital plans.
- Coordinate with banks for smooth execution of daily banking operations and financial transactions.
- Resolve banking-related issues promptly to avoid disruptions in business operations.
- Coordinate implementation and integration of new banking portals, digital banking systems, and financial tools.
- Support internal teams during adoption and transition of banking systems and processes.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance related to GST, VAT, TDS, sales tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain records and documentation required for tax assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and advisors for tax planning, assessments, and statutory compliance activities.
- Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely submission of required returns and reports.
- Coordinate with various CHAs (Custom House Agents) for import shipment coordination activities.
- Compare quotations from logistics and CHA vendors and finalize shipment coordination activities.
- Manage import-export documentation and support registration activities on government portals whenever required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for smooth shipment and customs clearance processes.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and brokers to obtain quotations for medical and other insurance policies.
- Compare insurance quotations based on coverage, premium, and policy terms to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand insurance requirements and ensure adequate risk coverage.
- Manage communication with insurance providers regarding renewals, claims, and policy-related clarifications.
- Establish and maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard company assets and financial records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations and compliance management.
- Develop and improve accounting procedures, workflows, and reporting systems for operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting procedures, and financial governance standards.
- Coordinate with senior management and departmental heads to provide financial insights, reports, and strategic recommendations.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
